You send us an order form or order by email. The order is agreed once we confirm it by email and you pay the invoice. No signature is needed.

Your order funds agroforestry systems. One system is one GPS location with typically 5 to 7 trees and shrubs. Local communities receive the funding for the tree work and keep all harvests. You get access to the GPS locations, species and field updates, and a certificate for your order.

Prices are in euro, excluding VAT. We apply Dutch VAT or EU reverse charge where it applies. Please pay invoices by the due date.

Trees are living things. We do not guarantee survival, growth, harvests or carbon capture of individual trees. We replant where reasonably possible. CO2 figures are estimates unless clearly marked as verified. You do not own the land, trees or harvests.

Please follow our claims guide when you talk about your contribution. In short: say what you funded, not that you are carbon neutral.

We do not assign the same systems or verified CO2 to more than one buyer. Please do not resell or count them twice.

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Neither side is liable for indirect loss. Events outside our control, such as extreme weather, fire or disease, are not a breach.

We handle personal data according to our privacy statement. Dutch law applies. If something goes wrong, we first talk it through.
