Memorial trees

Plant a tree in memory of someone, at a place you can find again.

A memorial contribution funds one agroforestry system: a GPS-located plot of about five trees and shrubs in Brazil. You can name the trees, share the location with family and follow field updates.

A single tribute

Gift one system in someone's name and send the location to the family.

A shared memorial forest

Family and friends contribute to one forest page, with each named tree on the same map.

Anniversaries

Add a system each year on a date that matters to you.

How it works

  1. 1Choose a gift of 10 euro for one system, or a membership of 10 euro per month that adds a system each month.
  2. 2Pay by card or iDEAL.
  3. 3The system is assigned to a GPS-located plot in an existing agroforestry system in Brazil, with field records you can check.
  4. 4Name the trees and share the map location. For a shared memorial forest page, contact us and we set it up.

What the family receives

A location on a map, the names you choose for the trees and field updates over time. A memorial tree is a contribution to restoration. It is not a carbon offset.
